This is a laser marking system that marks on a IC package in JEDEC tray.

• You can select the optimum laser oscillator (fundamental mode, SHG, or THG) that best suits your application.
• Detect the image of a IC package in a tray pocket and mark on it.
• Positioning detection feature (option) ensures highly accurate positioning and enables area-marking on multiple workpieces at a time.
• Image check after marking and check of marked letters can be performed.
• Dual stage is available.
• Only non-defective item in a tray can be discharged. (Defective and non-defective items can be distinguished.)
• Built-in dust collector.
