MK-P10C

- Our MH-21AC and MH-31AC welding heads can be easily installed by just replacing their electrode holder section.

- The spring force can be set independently for each electrode.

- The optimum force will always be achieved regardless of the change in conditions.

- Since a micro-switch is facilitated in the pressurization unit, a signal can trigger the welding process.

- Three types of electrode holders are available. (Sold separately)

(1) Variable pressure electrode holder φ3mm

(2) Variable voltage electrode holder 3mm square

(3) Variable voltage electrode holder φ4mm

MK-105A

- The MK-105A is a dedicated pneumatic pressurisation unit for the MH-21AC and MH-31AC.

- Since it can be integrated into a part of a welding head, air pressure setting and management are easy.

- The electrode stroke can be adjusted easily.

- Because unit has a stopper, the optimum pressurization is always obtained.

MK-106A

- The MK-106A is the cylinder drive unit just for the MK-105A.

- There are five solenoid drive voltages available: 100 VAC, 11O VAC, 200 VAC, 220 VAC, and 2 VDC.

- Solenoids with surge voltage protection circuits are used.
