Resistance Welding Machine

Has unfamiliar names, which are explained as follows:

Welding power supply : Controls current to create various waveforms of welding current required in resistance welding.

Timer : Functions similarly to welding power supply. Thyristor (switch) is required separately.

Transformer : Amplifies the current generated by the welding power supply into the large current required for resistance welding.

Head : Presses workpieces (to be welded).

Toroidal coil : Detects the current for weld quality control.

Checker : Measures current, voltage, weld force, etc. for weld quality control.
